  • A. 投稿者（通訊作者）須報名年會。
  • B. 凡與麻醉學相關之學術研究著作均為大會徵稿對象，但需未曾刊載於其他雜誌。

四、 格式說明：

  • A. 摘要投稿：中、英文之題目、作者與單位。摘要應含：前言（目的）、方法、結果、結論（討論）等。摘要內容以中文或英文撰寫擇一，限500字（words）內。第一作者請置第一位。
  • B. 電子海報投稿：
    • 1. 優秀海報論文評審以電子海報內容為評分基準。
    • 2. 採用電子海報形式，不接受紙本印刷海報。請使用大會EPOSTER公版格式製作。
    • 3. 電子海報規格說明：
      • (1) 完整海報輸出前的電子版（即電子海報與實體海報圖文需相同），一頁為限，字體大小請考量觀賞最佳效果。
      • (2) 電子海報內容應含作者、題目、醫院名稱、摘要、圖表等，中英文撰寫一。
      • (3) 中文採中文標楷體，英文字體 Times New Roman。
      • (4) 接受函中將分派稿件編號，請標註編號請置於電子海報左上方。
      • (5) 電子檔後續將轉成文字無邊框PDF檔，解析度須為72以上。
      • (6) 尺吋：長寬比例70cm（寬）*100cm（高）或是1080（寬）*1600（長）像素以上。
      • (7) 電子海報需經過審查，若內容誤植、尺寸或解析度不符標準將聯絡通知作者修正。

五、優秀海報論文競賽

於電子海報截稿時間後，由大會學術委員會篩選所有電子海報。2025年9月29日公告優選八篇（臨床組3名、基礎組3名、個案報告2名），於2025年10月26日上午口頭報告與競賽。（由第一作者或指定共同作者以口頭報告7分鐘、問答3分鐘），報告順序與注意事項由大會另通知與公告。

A. 評分標準：

  • 1. 海報論文競賽將由評審團進行評分，秉持公平、公正、公開之原則。
  • 2. 原著論文類海報評分標準包含以下項目：研究目的、實驗設計、臨床試驗架構、研究題材之創新性、結果表現及整體呈現。
  • 3. 個案報告類海報評分標準包含以下項目：背景介紹、臨床價值、個案描述、討論深度與整體表現。

Call for Abstracts and Medical Research Poster Competition

Instructions for Medical Research Poster Submission and Competition Submission includes both abstract submission and e-poster upload. The submission system links are as follows:

1. Important Dates:

  • A. Abstract Submission: June 16, 2025 – August 31, 2025
  • B. Notification of Review Results: By September 5, 2025
  • C. E-Poster Upload: September 6, 2025 – September 19, 2025
  • D. Announcement of Outstanding Papers: September 29, 2025

2. Submission Categories:

  • A. Clinical Research
  • B. Basic Research
  • C. Case Report

3. Eligibility:

  • A. The submitting (corresponding) author must register for the annual meeting.
  • B. All academic works related to anesthesiology are eligible for submission, provided they have not been published elsewhere.

4. Formatting Guidelines:

  • A. Abstract Submission:
    • 1. Titles, authors, and affiliations must be provided in both Chinese and English.
    • 2. The abstract should include: Introduction (Objective), Methods, Results, and Conclusion (Discussion).
    • 3. The abstract may be written in either Chinese or English, and must not exceed 500 words.
    • 4.The first author should be listed first.
  • B. E-Poster Submission:
    • 1. The evaluation of outstanding posters will be based on the content of the e-poster.
    • 2. Only electronic posters are accepted; printed posters will not be accepted. Please use the official EPOSTER template
    • 3. E-Poster specifications:
      • (1) The e-poster must be identical to the intended printed version, limited to one page. Font size should ensure optimal readability.
      • (2) The e-poster must include the authors, title, institution name, abstract, figures, and tables. It may be written in either Chinese or English.
      • (3) Chinese text should use DFKai-SB; English text should use Times New Roman.
      • (4) The acceptance letter will assign a manuscript number, which must be indicated at the top left corner of the e-poster.
      • (5) The file will be converted to a borderless PDF with a resolution of at least 72 dpi.
      • (6) Dimensions: 70 cm (width) × 100 cm (height) or at least 1080 (width) × 1600 (height) pixels.
      • (7) All e-posters will be reviewed. Authors will be notified to revise if there are errors, incorrect dimensions, or insufficient resolution.

5. Outstanding Poster Competition:

After the e-poster submission deadline, the Academic Committee will review all submissions. Eight outstanding papers (3 Clinical, 3 Basic, 3 Case Report) will be announced on September 29, 2025, and will be presented in an oral competition on the morning of October 26, 2025. Each presentation will be 7 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A, delivered by the first author or a designated co-author. The order and further instructions will be announced separately.

A. Evaluation Criteria:

  • 1. The poster competition will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency.
  • 2. Evaluation criteria for original research posters include: research objectives, experimental design, clinical trial structure, originality of the research topic, presentation of results, and overall visual and content quality.
  • 3. Evaluation criteria for case report posters include: background introduction, clinical relevance, case description, depth of discussion, and overall presentation quality.

五、優秀海報論文競賽

  • • 優選三名各3,000元
  • • 佳作二名各5,000元

  • • Honorable Mention (two winners): NT$5,000 each
